Susan E. Martin
Principal and President
Susan has over 17 years of profit and loss experience in operations, process control systems and the supply chain management industry. In her role as Managing director with Federal Express in the Atlanta Metropolitan and surrounding area, as well as the Central Florida area, she provided leadership to a senior management team of 13, an operations management team of 97, a support staff of 36 and 1,600 frontline employees. She had direct accountability for $372 million in revenue and an expense budget of $96 million. Susan was responsible for the property management of over 70 facilities, both Class “A” office space and industrial warehouses. She was a certified Total Quality Assurance Facilitator in a world class ISO 9000 environment and a member of the FedEx Speakers Bureau. She was instrumental in the development of the Corporation’s Service Assurance Process. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from East Carolina University.
